Shop Time Manager – Service Writers Edition

The Service Writer Edition was developed for companies having additional needs and requirements while tracking their shop Technician’s or Machinists time on labor operations they are performing.   Additionally, if YOU have customers with specific work order requirements regarding information on the work order and how it is displayed, then Service Writer Edition is for you!

Please review and ask yourself the following questions to see if the advanced version is for you.  If you answer YES to any of the questions, then Version 3 is for you!

·      How many work orders do I have open at any given time?  If 45 or more, then Version 3 is for you.

·      How many employees do I have using Touch Screen Time Clock now?  If more than 8, then Version 3 is for you.

·      Do I allow Technician’s to use the ‘Prompt for Comment’  screen in Touch Screen Time Clock?  If yes, then Version 3 is for you.

·      Do I use the grouping work order?  If yes, then Version 3 is for you.

·      What is the length of the longest work orders I generally produce?  If more than two pages, then Version 3 is for you.

·      Am I using R codes on my work orders?  If yes, then Version 3 is for you.
