Available only to Customers who Purchased the Version 6 upgrade or purchased the module seperately
At the Main Menu of PTM, Press S for Schedule.

Once in the Scheduler go to the month and day for the scheduled event, press Enter.

Arrow over to the Technician to be scheduled and press Enter. Once in the Technicians Schedule arrow down to the Time to be Scheduled and press Insert.

You will be prompted with a search screen, type in your search criteria for the Customer's Account and press Enter, once the correct customer account is highlighted press Enter.
Next the system will prompt for the Unit Number to be scheduled for work, either type an existing Unit number from the customers Unit file list displayed or type a new Unit Number.

Next the system will prompt for the scheduler's name, the estimated hours and the quoted charges if any apply.

Once a job is scheduled a Workorder can be started for the Job—the Technician will then be able to log onto the Workorder and record actual hours.
To let the system open a Workorder for the job arrow down to the scheduled item and press Tab. Once Tab is pressed the system will prompt to either Create a new Workorder for the customer C or to simply X to exit

Once C is pressed to create a new Workorder the system will take you automatically to the Workorder Screen and go through the process of opening a Workorder. If the Unit scheduled for work was already on your Customers Unit File the system will place that unit and applicable information into the Unit fields—if the unit was not already on file the system will display the unit number and automatically activate the process to enter a new Unit.

The description typed for the technician will appear on the Workorder as an N (note) coded item. The estimated/quoted Hours and Charges for Labor will appear for the technician but will not print out on the customers final bill.
