Printing W2 forms in PTM

Through the O. Payroll R. Reports section W2 forms can be printed either on a dot matrix printer or on a laser printer. The system can be set to either print one W2 at a time or a batch of all W2 forms at once. To print a batch of all your employees W2 forms they MUST be selected. The steps to select a W2, is simply press the page down key to move from one employee's W2 to the next. A PTM tip on interchanges.

If you want to stop selling a part that is in an interchange but need to maintain the number, simply put an "X" popularity on the part. The X popularity will still bring up the other part in the interchange but will not allow you to sell it, great for supercessions.

Technology tip

Opening up the cases on your computers and blowing out the dust on a bi monthly basis will increase the lifetime and reliability of both your computers but your network as a whole.

SERVICE AND SUPPORT RATES AND TOLL FREE NUMBER:

If you were not already aware in January 2003 PLUSS Corporation added a toll free number for service and support. The new toll free number is #877-428-7472. Our rates for service and support also changed to $90.00 per hour ($1.50 per minute). If you had purchased funds for your service account in 2001 or 2002 your services were tracked at the rate purchased through 2003, however we can no longer maintain the older service rates and all services that are not flat rate services (such as; classes, financials, etc…) will be billed at the rate of $90.00 per hour ($1.50 per minute).

SERVICE AND SUPPORT PURCHASING OPTIONS:

Software & Hardware Service, Support and Education can be setup on a pre-purchase account or a Pay Per Call Account.

PRE-PURCHASED FUNDS: sold and billed at the rate of $90.00 per hour ($1.50 per minute), these funds are then applied to your service account and used like a pre-paid phone card as you need them.

For example: $300.00 = 200 minutes; $600.00 = 400 minutes

*LARGE PURCHASE BONUS: Purchase 1000 minutes ($1500.00) with a company check and you will receive 100 Bonus minutes on your account ($150.00 value).

PAY PER CALL ACCOUNT: Must have an authorized Credit Card on file (Pay Per Call Authorization link is located below). If your account is setup as a Pay Per Call at the end of each business week your account will be reviewed and your Credit Card will be billed if the Services Rendered total $25.00 or more. You will receive an invoice, credit card receipt and Category Report outlining the Services Rendered.
