PTM ADD-ON SOFTWARE
Truck / Trailer/Unit Leasing & Rental Program

For those in the leasing industry our Leasing Module is also fully integrated into PTM. It allows you to track leased units whether they are bulk tanks, trucks, trailers, tools etc. You can lease by the hour, day, week, month, or year. There is an auto-charge function that invoices all leases according to the due date. Statements can also be printed based on the billing cycle. The statement will show the unit number, the amount paid last period, the current amount due and the lease period being billed. You will be able to track and report on all units currently leased, not leased, and reserved for a future lease. Even if you have multiple locations you will see where the leased unit was returned too. You can also handle collecting sales tax even if the rates change according to a short or long term lease. You can report on profits by unit, you will have the ability to see original acquisition cost, any repairs you have made to the unit, and revenues per unit.

  • The leasing Program allows for daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly lease charge for each unit through the auto-charge function.
  • Statements can be automatically based on your billing cycle for each. The auto-charge statement will show the unit number, the amount paid last period, and the current amount due.
  • You will be able to track and report on all units currently leased as well as when they are reserved for the next customer.
  • When the unit is returned, you will see what location the leased unit was returned to.
  • There are provisions for collecting sales tax if needed, even if the rates vary according to the length of term for the lease.
  • The reports will show profits by unit. You will have the ability to see acquisition cost, any repairs made on the unit, and rental revenues for each.
