PTM Inc. is always developing more ways to increase value to your software experience, and has created PLUSS StarSystem for PLUSS Corporation to bring PTM users together. By becoming a PLUSS member, you have access to an untapped vendor list. These vendors are members like yourself, but are selling the parts you need.

Envision that one of your customers needs a part right away, and you are out of stock. Instead of sending them to the shop down the road and possibly losing their business forever, you can search your inventory (linked to the PLUSS StarSystem) and see that there is a part at another PLUSS members site near you. You order that part right then and tell the customer that it should be there shortly. You just saved the sale. You also serviced the customer beyond what your competitor could do. This will keep that customer coming back. That is what we are in business for isn't it?

On the other side of the coin, some people don't like to give out competitive information to other stores. If needed, Matrix pricing tables can be built for different accounts. Each lookup will be specific per account (customer or competitor).
