Many exciting enhancements make up the all-new Windows™ version of the PTM Time Clock module that is used in conjunction with a Touch Screen monitor. This new module will bring increased efficiency to your company in the processing of both parts and labor sales. This technology automates the process of collecting the actual times for the labor operations you sell and it takes only seconds to log on and off your labor operations. Technicians can log onto a specific labor operation, multiple labor operations, or onto the work order. The technicians can now mark labor operations as ready, still in process or place them on hold status. This new function will give you the ability to know exactly what is backlogged for your shop or for each individual technician. Time Clock also eliminates the need for technicians to walk to the front counter to let the counterman or service writer know when a job is ready. By tracking actual hours compared to the hours that are billed out, you will know how efficient your company and each individual technician is. with this information you can know your cost per hour for labor, your profits by technician, and set a profitable hourly rate.    At a glance, your technicians can see what jobs have been assigned to them. You will be able to see what job each tech is logged into, and how long each has been logged in. You can view the actual hours or billed hours for a specific work order or for the entire day on all work orders.
