Both PLUSS Corporation labor specialists, Jerry Iverson and Darryl Padgett, will engage with this training course which is part training and part consultation. Essential areas covered are: cost control, efficiency tracking, productivity evaluation, employee and department evaluation, defining true labor costs and burden rates, and hourly shop rate evaluation. In addition, labor codes and class codes will be evaluated for productivity by total company, department, and employee.

This course is designed for parts and service personnel to show how to enter new parts as well as modifying existing parts records. Specialist Jerry Iverson covers basic functionality of such features as interchanges, kits, cores, freight, and the various memos available.
Purchase & Procurement

This course is designed to help you implement purchasing controls in your company. You will also learn how to control backorders and utilize cyclical buying habits. You will also attain the knowledge to understand the integration with the rest of the transaction system.
Kits Training

Specialist Jerry Iverson will explain how to build kits in inventory. He also will take you from a basic kit through advanced multiple selection kits, forced, calculated, adjustable, and variable kits. Jerry will also explain the effects of the various memos and combinations of memos that are available.
